Close to the locals

Mes vacances à Mahdia se sont très bien passées. La maison était tout à fait agréable, suffisamment grande et bien équipée.
J'ai beaucoup aimé Mahdia, qui est une petite ville très belle, avec de beaux monuments à visiter, et des belles promenades à faire à pied dans la vieille ville. J'ai particulièrement aimé la zone qui va de la Skifa à la Grande Mosquée, avec ses ruelles, ses belles maisons, ses petites places ombragées envahies par les terrasses des cafés, qui donnent envie de s'attarder et de flaner.
Je n'ai rencontré ici que des gens charmants et accueillants, notamment votre manager dont la disponibilité et la gentillesse sont parfaites. La personne qui effectue les taches de nettoyage de la maison est efficace et discrète. Vous les remercierez de ma part...!

Michael & Marie Sweden : Please accept our sincerest thanks for your hospitality and the hospitality of your Staff at the Mahdia apartments! We greatly enjoyed our stay, and found the “Close to the Locals” theme to be immensely rewarding. Not only did we have the beauty of the finest Mediterranean beaches, the lively local markets, and the amazing scenery of the desert sands, but we were also able to interact and intermingle in the daily lives of Tunisians.  We have fond memories of all our trips in Mahdia, but one of our fondest is the daily trek to the local bakery and market for our daily provisions. This was a truly enlightening holiday and we plan to return again and again. Thanks also to your local staff who made our stay very comfortable. They were always ready to assist us and provided quick, prompt help whenever need. It was a great experience, and we shall gladly encourage our friends to this destination to their planning!
